The Role
StoryStream is looking for a meticulous and motivated Service Delivery Executive to join our superstar eCommerce Service Delivery function within our Customer team. Reporting into the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our CS team to deliver Curation services across our customer base. The role will enable you to work with some of the biggest brands in the world!
Key Responsibilities
- Curating content for clients through the StoryStream platform based on content guidelines that customers have shared with us.
- Managing content for clients inclusive of uploads and associated taxonomies, ensuring content is uploaded and tagged accurately ready for clients/agencies to utilise.
- Supporting Customer Success Managers by troubleshooting client issues and completing set-up requests.
- Documenting, optimising and carrying out best practices that can continually improve StoryStream services at scale.
- Acting as a voice of the customer through sharing feedback, updating colleagues on project status and representing our customers internally.
- Continually growing value by increasing skills, knowledge and ability.

Your Experience
- Degree education preferred, but not essential
- 1 year of experience within a similar role is preferred, but not essential
- You are technically minded and have a basic understanding of marketing concepts/processes
