Boden uses UGC to help inspire and engage customers visiting their website and to build an online community surrounding their “Boden by me” campaign.
Adding this User-generated Content across the website journey supports customers along the decision journey by showing what Boden clothing looks like on real people. By using StoryStream’s publishing tools to make the content very easily shoppable across the website, StoryStream is also supporting Boden by increasing conversion and sales.
StoryStream enables Boden to collect content from social media, and organise this to make it very easy to find high-quality content. For example, we’re filtering by language and quality of content – and that’s all done by our Aura AI tagging.
Each image is given an Aura profile which helps determine what’s in the image, and its qualities: for example, quality, the colour palette of the image, and general tagging.
Boden is using StoryStream to share high-quality user-generated content across their websites and all different market websites. This is enabling them to share content from one central location, which is then translated and updated – depending on which market it’s relevant for and stock levels of the product – on over 60,000 pages on their website.
Any header and footer links are also added via StoryStream and translated based on market location.
Any content in StoryStream can be tagged with a relevant product, using our catalogue integration, which uses AI to suggest the product in a particular image. This is then reflected on the Boden site, making any content served via StoryStream shoppable.
